Mykonos Town, the Chora, is the maze of whitewashed lanes behind the famous Kato Mili windmills and the Little Venice waterfront. It is the nightlife capital of the Aegean in summer, but the lanes also hold 16th-century churches and the excellent Archaeological Museum. Petros the Pelican is the town's mascot.
