Molyvos, ancient Mithymna, is the postcard town of Lesbos: stone houses cascading to a harbor under a Genoese castle. It is a designated traditional settlement, which has kept its architecture intact. The town hosts a summer arts scene and looks across to Turkey, only a few kilometers away.
