Arachova is Greece's best-known mountain resort town, climbing the slopes of Mount Parnassus at 950 meters. In winter it serves the Parnassos ski center; year-round it is the classic overnight stop for Delphi, 10 km down the road. The town is famous for its woven textiles and formaela cheese.
