Mapimí

An old mining town and Pueblo Mágico, famous for the nearby Ojuela suspension bridge, a 315-meter span built in 1892 over the Santa Rita mine gorge. The town is also the gateway to the Zone of Silence, the desert area known for magnetic anomalies and meteorite falls. Mining ruins dot the hills.
