Magdalena de Kino
A Pueblo Mágico named for the Jesuit missionary Padre Eusebio Kino, who founded its mission in 1687 and is buried here. The Plaza Monumental holds his mausoleum, and the town fills with pilgrims each October for the San Francisco Xavier festival. It is the northern anchor of the Ruta del Río Sonora.
