Jerez

Jerez de García Salinas, a Pueblo Mágico in a valley of orchards 57 kilometers from the state capital. It hosts the Feria de Primavera, the state's oldest spring festival dating to 1824, with charrería, the Burning of Judas, and a running of the bulls. Tamborazo bands play the plaza on Sundays.
