A beach town on the Sea of Cortez named for the Jesuit missionary Padre Kino, and a center of Seri (Comcaac) indigenous culture. Long calm beaches stretch along the bay, and Isla Tiburón, Mexico's largest island, sits offshore. Seafood and desert quiet are the draw.
