Ocho Rios (Ochi) is the north coast's resort hub, built around the cruise port and the Dunn's River Falls climb just west of town. The falls are the draw: 180 metres of terraced cascades that visitors climb hand-in-hand with a guide. The town itself runs on the beach, the craft markets and the day boats working the coast.
