Mineral del Chico

An old mining town in the mountains, designated a Pueblo Mágico in 2011, and the gateway to El Chico National Park. Pine forests, rock formations, and waterfalls surround it, with hiking and climbing trails. The town itself keeps a quiet, colonial mining character.
