Mexico's first Pueblo Mágico, famous for the Basaltic Prisms, towering hexagonal rock columns with waterfalls pouring between them. Old haciendas dot the surrounding countryside, and the town keeps a quiet colonial center. It is an easy day trip from Pachuca.
