Cabo San Lucas

The resort town at the tip of the Baja peninsula, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific under the stone arch of El Arco. A busy marina, sport-fishing fleet, and nightlife district make it the peninsula's party capital. Whale watching runs December through March, when gray whales pass close offshore.
