Saskatchewan's largest city on the South Saskatchewan River, often called the Paris of the Prairies. Bridges span the river between the Meewasin Valley trails that run along both banks. Just outside the city, Wanuskewin Heritage Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, preserves 6,000 years of Northern Plains Indigenous history.
